Code Solutions

One possible answer is use of a building code consultant. Julie Ruth of JRuth Code Consulting has been assisting architects, manufacturers, contractors, and code officials in understanding, applying, designing for and enforcing, residential, building, and energy conservation codes since 1988. In 1997 she also began assisting trade associations with the codes, and became an advocate for the window and door industry during the development of the International Codes by the International Code Council (ICC).
